Petit Ses Roges was a highlight of our stay in Mallorca. The location is superb: just five minutes on foot from the sea promenade, so it's easy to explore on foot. The staff were excellent and genuinely warm. They pointed us to great coffee shops, got our room arranged just as we wanted, and handled every extra request without fuss.
The hotel has so much character and is impeccably maintained. Room service was wonderful, and the outdoor seating area is beautiful. It's easily worth the price.
The little touch that stayed with us most was a handwritten welcome card with a quote from Mother Teresa, which was the kindest gesture. Highly recommended.

The building itself was beautiful.
The bed was so uncomfortable I woke up with back pain every day. It was as hard as a rock. Some of the staff were friendly, others were a bit rude.
