Gorgeous old property and lovely accommodation with all the basics you need to enjoy Potes. The staff were friendly, super responsive and helpful.
The only disadvantage was the amount of noise disturbance we experienced from other neighbouring apartments due to the thin walls. No one was being especially loud, but we could hear conversations, sneezing and toileting from the flats above and beside us. If we hadn’t had earplugs with us it would have been tricky to sleep.

I have stayed here a few times now and it it is perfect for accessing the town. the Villa is wonderful and the hosts perfect. the facilities in the rooms are fab. the Pool is an added bonus after a day of riding arround the Picos
It is not something that could be resolved, but it has never been a problem on all my visits. that is parking. But we managed to get all 6 bikes outside with a little shuffling. but i knew there was no dedicated parking when i booked. so as long as oyu have Motorbikes you could be ok.. but a car would be a struggle.

The location was excellent as it is right in the town centre - it’s so nice to be able to walk everywhere! Very welcoming staff although it would have been good to have some information in English e.g. where the bins were, etc. It was good to have the pool to cool down in and it was mostly peaceful there to relax after a walk. The beds were comfortable and considering the age of the apartment, which meant no air conditioning, it wasn’t too hot at night.
The living area of the apartment is cramped because of the large furniture and the chairs were very low and uncomfortable to sit in for any length of time. We really missed having any outside space or communal area to use apart from the pool. It was very disappointing to see a pile of rubble (collapsed building) from the windows.
