We loved our stay at Adderwal cottage, the setting and views from the cottage are fabulous. The hot tub was an added bonus too! Lots to do & amazing beaches short drive away. Thanks John & Elaine.

Perfect location for visiting family in Dungloe, and also as a base for exploring lots of nearby beaches and attractions. It helped being the sunniest week of the year!
Might be better to provide recycling bins and add a surcharge for disposing of rubbish, rather than asking guests to do their own 40-minute round trip to the dump (where they charge you for the privilege).

The key was in a coded key box do we didn’t meet our hosts which made the check in time more flexible. The cottage was in a perfect remote location for us and the outdoor bench/table was lovely to appreciate the view of the mountains.
It would be nice if the welcome folder had details of local places/recommendations and if the collection of rubbish was included in the cost of the cleaning as it added 40 minutes to our journey home on the last day (we had to go to Dungloe recycling centre) which wasn’t detailed as a requirement when booking the cottage.

A beautiful thatched cottage in a remote scenic location. Very cosy, amazing views. Great welcome basket. Kids loved the board games. Perfect.
