The place it's pretty

It's all noisy, You can hear people outside and they might hear you too. Even the stair was a bit noisy. They post some pictures of the hub tub, but once you see it doesn't look clean

Property needs to be upgraded. Carlos was very nice and was there immediately for help.

Horrible expérience à ne conseilller à personne avec/sans enfant !!!

Le personnel. Un jeune homme qui gère la maison de manière opérationnelle, est très arrangeant, disponible, aimable et dévoué. Il a trouvé des solutions à toute cette mauvaise expérience dans cet « hôtel » allant même jusqu’à se réveiller plusieurs fois dans la nuit pour s’assurer que notre voiture garée dans la rue n’a subi aucun problème. Il a même fait le ménage à 23h pour que notre chambre soit « enfin disponible ». Bref, il a été plus qu’arrangeant. À noter que le propriétaire, un certain Don Paul, vit en dehors de la ville et n’est absolument pas présent ni accommodant, laissant son employé seul sur place tout gérer.

Nous avions pre-reservé une chambre pour 4 personnes (2adultes/2enfants) donc non payée via Booking mais confirmant malgré tout une réservation d’une grande chambre avec SDB privée et parking privé. À notre arrivée vers 20h, l’employé nous reçoit en nous annonçant 2 mauvaises nouvelles : 1) notre chambre a été attribuée à un autre client qui aurait déjà dû rentrer pour leur permette un switch mais malheureusement qui n’est pas rentré. 2) le parking réservé est inaccessible car fermant à 20h30. Information indiquée nulle part dans Booking. Pour nous rassurer, l’employé nous invite à aller dîner en ville. Durant ce temps, il fera le nécessaire pour notre chambre reservee. En ce qui concerne le parking, il s’engage à voir avec le propriétaire qu’il prenne à sa charge un parking public 24/7j pour nous assurer le service. Au retour de notre dîner (23h), le client n’était toujours pas rentré. L’employé nous propose alors une chambre simple : 3 lits simples et une SDB commune. Certes pour 2 fois moins chère mais impossible avec des enfants ! Quant à la propreté des lits, impossible de dormir dedans : cheveux, poils, saleté… et une chambre restée dans son jus d’il y a 70 ans. Bref ! Refus catégorique malgré le fait que mes enfants devaient absolument dormir. Le client arrive enfin. On rentre tous dans la chambre que nous avions réservé. Devant le précédant client, nous installons nos bagages, attendons qu’il parte vite. L’employé fait un ménage succinct à 23h30 et nous découvrons enfin la « suite » ! My God !!! Une literie qui n’a jamais été changé, un matelas cassé avec ressorts. WC hors service. Des robinets qui ne fonctionnaient pas. Une odeurs d’égout caf il avait plu le soir. Une baignoire qui ne permet pas de prendre de douche. Bref certes une maison ancienne mais qui n’est pas digne d’être louée à des touristes. Quant à la voiture, refus de prise en charge par le propriétaire d’un autre parking public.
