The “Green Garden” studio is located in its own private, 50 m² south-facing garden.
It’s essentially a large open-concept living room, surrounded by pine and oak trees, covered by a wisteria-covered pergola, and featuring a seating area, gas grill, umbrella, and outdoor shower.
Its location on a cul-de-sac with a parking area in front provides safety from street traffic and peace and quiet both day and night.
From the garden, a forest path (a 5-minute walk) leads to a shaded beach with many coves of fine pebbles and to a taxi boat to the center of Rovinj.
A 10-minute walk takes you to a small market and fruit stand where you can buy typical Istrian products such as wine, olive oil, or vegetables.
Breakfast tastes best under the beautiful pergola.
Relax on one of Rovinj’s most beautiful beaches.
Enjoy a star-studded summer night on the private terrace.

Für 2 Erwachsene sehr gut, aber mit 2 Hunden doch zu klein…hätte lieber die Wohnung im Obergeschoss nehmen sollen, die ist viel geräumiger…sonst sauber und Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich!

Con mia moglie ed il cane Tobia abbiamo trascorso quattro giorni in questo piccolo ma essenziale monolocale. Tutto come da annuncio compreso il comodo garden che ci permetteva di mangiare fuori ed avere la nostra privacy. Molto comodo al mare, 2 min. a piedi.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft, tolle Vermieterin. Sollten wir wieder nach Rovinj kommen, wissen wir wo wir unterkommen.

Das Schönste an dieser Ferienwohnung war die Terrasse.
Das Zimmer inklusive Küche war 4,30 m x 4,70m.
Das Badezimmer 88cm breit und 2,50 lang. Aufrechtes sitzen auf der Toilette war nicht möglich, da im Rücken auf Kopfhöhe der Spülkasten angebracht und direkt darüber der Warmwasserboiler angebracht war. Also, Alles in Allem sehr beengt.
