About this apartment rental
Just a few minutes’ walk from the Baltic Sea, Luxury Suite 2.01 is located on the second floor of the “White Pearl” and accommodates 4 guests in 105 m².
This stunning suite features two separate bedrooms, each furnished with a double box-spring bed, both with access to the wraparound balcony. There is also a light-filled living area with a huge window wall, which adjoins the open, fully equipped kitchenette with dining area. The luxurious bathroom with a shower rounds out the apartment.
Highlights of the suite include a private sauna (2.37 m x 1.19 m) and a furnished balcony that invites you to relax in the fresh air. The apartment comes with an underground parking space.
Complex:
The White Pearl has been open since July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been standing since 1994. In 2018–19, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and fully renovated.
The result is a first-class vacation property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square meters, spread across a basement level with underground parking, the first floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.
The underground parking garage is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle”; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical outlet. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via “Strandallee.”
Our reception desk, where guests can check in and access the concierge service, is located at the main entrance on the first floor.
Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which are equipped with privacy screens to ensure privacy.
Some of the ground-floor apartments, which face south, are duplexes with sleeping areas located in the lower level and access to south-facing terraces.
Some of the apartments are designed to be barrier-free. These are located in the new addition and on the staggered floor. The basement also features a bicycle storage room, a laundry room, and trash storage areas for the apartments.
Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.

Wir sind mehr als sehr zufrieden und wir hatten eine unvergesslich schöne Zeit, das Design und Einrichtung sind hochwertig, die Sauberkeit wird in dieser Anlage wirklich sehr zufrieden stellen. Diese Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön. Wir können sie sehr weiterempfehlen. Das Personal vor Ort ist sehr freundlich. In der Innenstadt ist man in 7 Min. und 3 Min. zum Strand.
