Horrible experience do not recommend to anyone wit family.

Terrace

The apartment is very dirty. The internet is not working in the bedroom downstairs and tv is not working. When we arrived geasila gave the wrong code number to get the keys we tried to call so many times but no answer we stood outside the apartment c103 colina blanca for 40 mins geasila dint answer her phone my wife and daughter was tired. We’ve been to Tenerife 15 years and never experienced treatment like this before. We were asked to pay a deposit before we had even arrived in Tenerife. Says when you arrived on day you pay for deposit this was never case. The customer service is very bad.Giovanna was horrible did nothing for us. There was a guy came out after 9 days too look at internet, which he couldn’t fix. He apologised how there was cob webs on the wall he took videos to send Giovanna did nothing. The cupboard next to the upstairs bathroom smells like urine, it’s actually disgusting when you open the doors & the smell lingers. Also we was not aware it is a two storey property, the stairs are very thin. Which isn’t good for people with young children or people that are not good on their legs. The downstairs smells of damp. Says after a week you get clean towels bedsheets that wasn’t case had to txt Giovanna again to ask for it after 10 days. We got 3 towels, one pillow each and no spare sheets. This property only cares about money. Not there customer. Never again £800 on this place been disgrace had too contact booking.com to complain how bad it was explain to them everything happen took videos how filthy cob webs you don’t pay all the money turn up looks like that. Advise people family etc, I thought seeing bad reviews on website pictures how dirty place was, thought sometimes people just complain. Myself and family actually seen it for ourselves definitely was lesson learned, never again.

Nice apartment, but high up and also with lots of steps

It was nice and roomy

There were too many steps. Hairdryer broke the first day and it wasn’t replaced for 3 days. There was a sock left in the bedroom and shards of glass on the floor . I am still waiting after a month for the return of my deposit

Liked that we were met at the location a d the booking process was easy through booking.com

The apartment is not like the photos. It certainly isn't new and very tired in places. Tv in lower room didn't work, smelled like old people and the shower was full of dead flies. Settee cushions all ripped. The stairs between the apartment levels, yes, it's split level are so narrow as to be an accident waiting to happen The complex was probably nice at one point but its showing its age now with peeling paint all over. Its located at the top of a steep hill making walking back from town a real task, you'll have to taxi everywhere. The pool area is basic and also run down if you could manage the 100 or so stairs going down to it. I would suggest something closer to town, more accessible and nicer.

Al día siguiente de nuestra entrada comuniqué que ninguna de las dos TV funcionaba y solicité un segundo juego de llaves que me trajeron 5 días más tarde. Vino un técnico al sexto día pero mirar las televisiones pero no solucionó el problema ya que no estaba hecha la instalación de antena.

It was nice and roomy

There were too many steps. Hairdryer broke the first day and it wasn’t replaced for 3 days. There was a sock left in the bedroom and shards of glass on the floor . I am still waiting after a month for the return of my deposit
