About this house rental
High standard, sandy beach 1.2 km away, quiet location on the outskirts of town, well-maintained.
House with 3 bedrooms, sleeps 5, 3 air conditioning units
Villa Amicorum is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees in a quiet location on the outskirts of San Pietro with sparse development. The complex consists of 2 fully furnished houses, each accommodating 4–5 people. The living areas measure 2 x 68 m² and can be booked individually or together. Each house has two terraces, one facing south/east and one facing south/west. These two houses are also ideal for two families of friends who would like to spend their vacation together. In this case, there is also an atrium that can be shared.
The entire property covers an area of 14,000 m², with the landscaped garden—surrounded by a natural stone wall—measuring 2,300 m².
The house is built entirely of local tuff stone. The interior walls are constructed of traditional exposed masonry. It is habitable year-round, as it is heated by an air-source heat pump, which also serves as an air conditioner in the summer. The new marble kitchen is functionally equipped with all necessary appliances.
The south-facing terrace spans the entire width of both houses and is covered by a solid roof, which provides much-needed shade in the summer and contributes to a comfortable atmosphere during the transitional seasons.
When the houses are occupied by two tenants, the terrace for each unit can be accessed via the west or east terrace doors, as well as through the respective south terrace doors, so that each tenant has their own "realm." The atrium is then typically not used.
The terraces are separated by a wall, with each house featuring a south-facing terrace approximately 12 m wide (approx. 50 m²) and an additional east- or west-facing terrace of approximately 20 m².
For comfortable relaxation, each unit is equipped with sun loungers and cushions.
This ensures there are enough terraces for an undisturbed vacation, even when the property is shared by two families.
On the north side, there is ample parking space (approx. 400 m²), allowing each tenant to access their respective house from their side of the property. It is also easy to park a boat trailer or similar vehicle here, as the property is protected by a wall.

Casa vacanza ideale per rilassarsi e passare del tempo in famiglia. Nel cuore del Salento si assapora appieno il clima pugliese..... La casa pulitissima e dotata di tutti i confort... 3 camere, ampio giardino, bici, patio esterno per grigliare e mangiare in compagnia.... consigliatissimo...

Das Haus und das Areal war wie abgebildet und entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Wir hatten jedoch so ein Pech mit dem Wetter, die Klimaanlage, die auch zum heizen dient, konnte gegen die Kälte und Feuchtigkeit nicht ankommen. Für die Sommermonate können wir das Haus unbedingt empfehlen.

Bei diesem Haus handelt es sich um ein wahres Erholungsparadies! Es befindet sich in ruhiger Lage und man ist mit dem Rad schnell am Strand oder im Dorf. Die komplette Anlage und das Haus sind neu und sehr sauber! Die Vermieter sowie die Hausverwalterin sind sehr nett und beantworten, selbst wenn man vor Ort ist, alle Fragen ;-) SEHR ZU EMPFEHLEN!!!

Tolles Haus, sehr modern eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir haben den Außengrill oft und gerne genutzt und fühlten uns auf Anhieb wie zuhause. Ganz nette Verwalterin.
