This 2 bedroom (master bedroom + fully private loft) is perfect for families, couples or groups of friends.

Sink into the large, soft, wrap-around couch with room for 6+ and enjoy your favorite movie or live sporting event on the new 50" Smart TV.
Dining Room:
Enjoy meals and games at the expandable dining table, under a dramatic landscape of the Yosemite Valley. The dining table comfortably seats 6, with more seating at the bar.
Kitchen:
Stocked for cooks and coffee lovers, the kitchen is filled with all the cookware and supplies needed to whip up your family's favorite meal, or warm-up for a day on the slopes with your favorite cup of coffee: French press, pour-over, espresso, traditional pot of coffee or Keurig.
Master Bedroom:
The cozy master bedroom features a mountain view, a queen size bed with pillow-top mattress and hotel-quality linens, as well as a 43” Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and more.
Loft - Second Bedroom:
The loft is a fully private second bedroom that has a locking door and shutters that completely close. The loft features a queen bed as well as bunk beds, all with pillow-top mattresses and hotel-quality linens. Kids love the string lights lining the ceiling above the bunk bed, which can be set to a calming glow or many entertaining patterns via remote.
The loft has a 40” Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and more.
Bathrooms:
One full bathroom located on each floor, fully stocked with towels and toiletries. The upstairs bathroom is directly accessible from the master bedroom as well as the hallway.
Parking:
The condo includes one dedicated, garaged parking space. Additional outdoor parking spaces are also available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Amenities:
Mammoth Ski and Racquet Club features one of the best lineups of amenities of any complex close to the slopes. Amenities include a pool; two hot tubs; a game room with a pool table; arcade games; and a big-screen TV; tennis court; basketball court; horseshoe pit; and picnic area; making it the ideal location in both summer and winter.
The condo is on the 3rd floor, accessible by an indoor staircase with 28 total steps.

Michael was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout our stay. The property's location was perfect for exploring all that Mammoth has to offer with easy access to the free shuttle and walkable to the Village (1 mile). We will return!

Clean, good location,. Entire complex needs a bit of maintenance but other than that great for a family. The host is super helpful and very easy to communicate with. We really appreciated that since we had a few issues that needed attention and were handeled promptly.

We frequent Mammoth throughout the entire ski season and typically stay in hotels, however we planned a trip with some out of state friends and we are so happy we chose Michael’s place to stay for a few days. Great communication and location, just a quick walk to both Canyon Lodge and the Village. Kitchen was fully stocked to cook breakfast and dinner, and the hot tub was super close by. Will definitely be back!
