Preis Leistung absolut schlecht. Kann dien Wohnung nicht weiter empfehlen.
Die zentrale Lage.
Parkplätze vor der Tür.
Puhh wo soll ich anfangen.. Wohnung 22.
Wir mussten aus privaten Gründen umbuchen, und daher ist es dann diese Wohnung geworden.
Das positive an der Wohnung ist der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, die Lage der Wohnung (sehr nah am Meer) und dass wir schon etwas eher einchecken konnten.
Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr klein, vor allem der Balkon.
Gut, dass hat man auf den Fotos gesehen.
Beim Eintreffen war die Spülmaschine zwar sauber, aber nicht ausgeräumt. Somit fing der Urlaub direkt mit Hausarbeit an.
Es war Keine Bettwäsche wie Kopfkissen oder Decken in der Wohnung. Dieses haben wir dann telefonisch mitgeteilt und uns wurde dann noch Bettwäsche gebracht.
Abends wollten wir mit unserem Sohn Fernseher gucken, dieser hatte wahrscheinlich ein Wackelkontakt im Kabel, so das wir eigentlich nie problemfreies Programm hatten.
Außerdem ist die Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer sehr gering gehalten, mit einer kleinen Stehlampe (eine defekt) und einer hängenden Deckenlampe über dem Esstisch. Es gibt zum Beispiel keine große Deckenlampe.
Steckdosen sind in der Wohnung auch ein Mangel , abends das Handy aufladen wird zur Schnitzeljagd.
Weiter geht’s im Badezimmer, hier lief das Wasser nur im Zeitlupentempo aus dem Waschbecken heraus, Grad beim Zähneputzen kein so leckere Anblick, wenn das Wasser 5 Minuten im Waschbecken steht.
Die Toilettenspülung hatte auch nicht so viel Kraft, um gewisse Sachen 💩weg zu spülen, da musste man teilweise noch mit der Klobürste helfen..
Das Licht am Spiegel funktioniert auch nicht.
Positiv: es war ein Föhn vorhanden.
Ausstattungstechnisch waren wir auch etwas enttäuscht, da es nicht mal ein Salz-oder Pfefferstreuer in der Wohnung gab. Keine Müllbeutel, falls der Müll mal voll ist, Und wir hatten für unseren Aufenthalt auch nur eine Toilettenpapierrolle.
Uns ist bewusst, dass es keine Standardausrüstung in den Ferienwohnung ist, aber dennoch eine nette Aufmerksamkeit…

Solymar Wohnung 22
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Liegt nur ein paar Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Die Küche war neuwertig.
Die Buchung war problemlos und Fragen wurden vom Vermieter sehr schnell und kompetent beantwortet.
Die Wohnung war lieblos und spartanisch eingerichtet. Für diesen Preis darf man ein wenig Komfort erwarten aber das genaue Gegenteil war hier der Fall. Das Badezimmer war ein Graus. Keine Toilettenbürste vorhanden, der Abfluss im Waschbecken war verstopft so das das Wasser sehr sehr langsam ablief. Die Wände und die Rohre an der Decke waren schmutzig und der Heizkörper rostig. Die Fugen am Boden und in der Dusche waren schwarz.
Das Geländer auf dem Balkon war rostig und hatte bereits Lochfrass so das man mich nicht darauf lehnen wollte.
Die Wände im Wohnzimmer waren lieblos übergestrichen, nichts war wohnlich.
Alles in allem sollte die Wohnung general überholt werden bevor sie wieder vermietet wird.
