Casa Loreta is uniquely located in the historic center, 50 meters from the main square and 150 meters from the boardwalk and the Sea of Cortez.
This beautiful historic property was restored in 2020 and offers accommodations in three double bedrooms, a kitchen, two full bathrooms, a breakfast nook, a living room, a dining room, a terrace, patios, and gardens.

The property is one of the first houses built in downtown Loreto by the Davis family—the founders of Loreto—who lived there as their primary residence. It was restored and decorated by a renowned Mexican interior designer, who preserved and highlighted its historical value while modernizing the spaces to meet current hospitality standards.

Most of the house’s furniture was crafted by artisans using local materials. The decor was designed by the interior designer herself and her team.

The house is surrounded by a beautiful outdoor garden featuring carnivalito trees, jacaranda trees, and various cacti.

The house features a spacious entryway that provides ample access for families or couples. It also has a beautiful living room that can accommodate up to seven people. At the entrance, you’ll also find hand sanitizer, alcohol spray, and plenty of space to hang whatever you need upon arrival. Plus, there’s a mirror so you can check your appearance before heading out!

Each bedroom has two double beds, cotton sheets, and luxury pillows, as well as air conditioning, heating, a fan, natural ventilation with a mosquito net, a smart TV, an open closet, a nightstand, and free internet.

The two full bathrooms are equipped with towels for the body and hands, as well as a bath mat, and feature dispensers with organic toiletries, toilet paper, and hot water.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, gas oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, and silverware. We also provide complimentary drinking water.

Inside the house, there is an indoor terrace with an outdoor dining area that seats 6 people and a beautiful garden.

The house is under 24-hour video surveillance, 365 days a year. Since it’s located in the historic center, you’ll be in one of the safest areas of Loreto. We have emergency exits, an evacuation route, a fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit, all of which will assist you in case of an emergency.

We offer a complimentary daily cleaning service at 11:00 a.m., so we’ll ask that you grant access to our cleaning staff. Our cleaning staff follows rigorous disinfection protocols to ensure a safe stay for you.

The laundry room is for staff access only. If you need laundry and drying services, the cost is $60.00 /MXN per load, and you can request this service from your host or the cleaning staff.

You can park outside the property at no cost.
