It is quite clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful and silent.
It is front beach with a wonderful view of the Indian Ocean.
Zanzibar has a lot power outrages, despite the hotel has a power generator the AC in not included.

Fantastic place to be close to the beach and all the activities we wanted to do everything was a walking distance and that saved us money
The bed was not comfortable at all our body were so sore the next morning

Staff was extremely helpful, from check-in to help with activities and taxis, to the restaurant. So so pleased. Restuarant was comfortable and food was good. Rooms were mostly quite comfortable and bathroom was good. Central location, beautiful view
Due to rolling blackouts in Nungwi and a small hotel generator, we often were without air conditioning and the room refrig for a key set of hours (say 4 pm to 10 pm) on most days. At high tide you could not access the beach at all, so you had to go inland to walk around the part of town strecthed along the beach in one direction. Also beach chairs were upstairs on a deck and had very limited shade (just a few umbrellas)

Breakfast was awfull. Only carbonhydrates
