About this cottage rental
Welcome to our cottage in the heart of Greer's historic downtown. This vintage home includes a fully stocked kitchen, 3 queen size beds, a full bathroom and a 1/2 bathroom. There is a large front porch and the small private back yard is fenced-in. Dogs are welcome! Our quiet street is within a short walk to Greer's downtown shops, restaurants, and the Greer City Park. We love Greer and enjoy sharing our cottage with visitors.

2nd time staying here, location is fantastic - quiet little street yet just a short 5 minute walk up into downtown Greer. Had several days where’s temps reached 100, yet AC kept the house cool. Rinnai tankless hot water system works awesome for being able to just turn on water and jump right in the shower! Fridge also makes those nice round ice balls for a cocktail. All 3 beds are a comfortable memory foam mattress that seem to fall on the firm side. Kitchen is superbly stocked with everything you would need. Owner/Host is one of the best I’ve dealt with over the years in my numerous property rentals - Well done Holly and Kevin!!

The cottage was clean, organized and well stocked to greet us. Holly had a great bakery suggestion in the area and was available for other questions or concerns quickly. After a busy day visiting family, it was nice to "come home" each evening.

Everything was perfect at Holly‘s house. The vibe was so welcoming. The house was clean and had such attention to any detail we might need. We felt so comfortable there.
