About this house rental
Nestled in the secure Capitou de l'Estérel residential community, our home welcomes you for a vacation with family or friends. In the heart of the Estérel Mountains, between the sea and the mountains, relax as you take in the view of St. Raphaël Bay and the majestic Roquebrune Rock. Enjoy the estate’s magnificent pool with its breathtaking view to unwind.
Children will also be delighted by the variety of activities available (wading pool, multi-sport facilities, teen activities in the summer, etc.)
Our vacation rental, “Les Balcons de St Raph’,” is a spacious upper-level villa with a sea view. With 90 m² of living space, it features 4 rooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. This premium-amenity rental is fully equipped and includes a large Mediterranean-style outdoor area.
Enjoy views of the sea and the Esterel Mountains from the bedrooms, living room, and terrace.
Sports, hikes, entertainment, cultural outings… there’s a wide range of activities to choose from within the resort or nearby.
Hiking trails in the Esterel Mountains are directly accessible from the villa.
Although close to all the resort’s entertainment options, our home enjoys absolute tranquility.
The restaurant (open in the summer) offers takeout meals and affordable set menus for lunch... as well as evening entertainment (karaoke, dance parties, etc.).
Just off the southern highway (A7, Fréjus-Le Capitou exit) yet in a completely peaceful setting, the Domaine du Capitou de l’Estérel is a quiet, gated, and secure resort (with a security guard). Our house is located right next to the resort’s recreational facilities (tennis, swimming pool, pétanque court, multi-sport field, restaurant, children’s activities...).
Our home is located less than 15 minutes from the most beautiful beaches on the French Riviera and 10 minutes from the famous Lake St. Cassien. Downtown Fréjus is 10 minutes away. The nearest shops are 2 minutes away. There’s also a bus stop at the entrance to the residence that will take you wherever you want in Fréjus or St. Raphaël if you’d rather not drive.
