The room was big and the location is excellent. The hotel staff is phenomenal they helped us with everything from keeping our luggage after check out to recommending restaurants. They promptly communicated everytime we had any questions .

Staff was super friendly and accessible, nice decoration (italian style), great location. Size of the room is good. Good protection against the noise, which is import given we were in the middle of the main touristic area.
The shower could have been much better - both stronger and hotter (it had some issues on the first day of the stay, so it improved a bit on the second day but wasnt great).

Location was perfect, apartment was beautiful and very clean.
The only issue we had was the bed for the children was quite small to fit a teenager and child in it.
