La posizione è molto bella, vicina a Budoni ma fuori dal traffico; si vede il mare dalla terrazza. la strada è più trafficata di quello che ci aspettavamo.
i due appartamenti dovrebbero essere pubblicizzati separatamente; io avevo cercato con il filtro con l’aria condizionata ma mi sono resa conto troppo tardi che solo l’appartamento al primo piano ha l’aria condizionata, non quello al piano terra che ci era stato assegnato.
purtroppo l’appartamento non era pulito quando siamo arrivati, c’era odore di muffa e chiuso. abbiamo trovato muffa negli armadi (che non abbiamo usato, anche perché quello nella camera dei bambini era pieno di roba), sulla lampada in camera e su alcuni utensili.
all’arrivo non c’erano asciugamani (consegnati il giorno dopo), il frigo era spento (quindi non siamo riusciti a fare subito la spesa come da programma), e la televisione non funzionava (sistemata il giorno dopo).
il giorno dopo essere arrivati ho provato a cucinare una pasta ma c’erano solo un paio di pentole piccole e delle padelle, niente di grande abbastanza per cucinare per 4 persone. ho chiamato e in serata sono state consegnate. tra l’altro, c’erano solo 3 coltelli.
durante il soggiorno ci sono stati anche problemi con la pompa dell’acqua che faceva rumore, i vicini sono venuti a lamentarsi da noi dicendo che era da mesi che c’era questo problema. è stato risolto il giorno dopo.
sarebbe un posto molto carino se fosse curato meglio, la mia impressione è che non ci fosse stato nessuno da un po’. personalmente non ho mai avuto così tanti problemi in 10 giorni di vacanza.
