Exceptional

Good vibes only - highly recommended! The minute we stepped in the place, it felt like home. The Landlord was extremely helpful and kowledgeable, and unlike some people have claimed in their feedback about having some issues, we had absolutely none! He was very communicative throughout all the phases and signed a receipt for our payment. The place is pet friendly, great floor (not slippery at all), and ground floor. Very good darkening shades between the windows. The entire apartment is roomy and airy. Very contemporary and up-to-date. Wi-fi working perfectly, suitable speedwise also for work related purposes. Air-conditioning as promised and placed ideally. The apartment is in such a good shade daytime (because of large trees) that it feels cool even without the air-conditioning on. We stayed longer and were able to contact the Landlord throughout our stay for anything (more towels, etc.). The room lightning has different shades of white from warmer to colder which was awesome. The most beautiful and functional window blinds we have ever seen! Comfortable bed in good size with a high quality duvet and pillows. Linen was absolutely spotless! More so than in most of the 5-star hotels. No unpleasant smell whatsoever in the apartment or furniture, just fresh air and easy to breath. Great location next to a very large park and a river. Local food deliveries find the place easily and fast. There are also post office and a good grocery store very near (with some other shops). Quiet house and neighbourhood with no disturbancies. Not that there's any reason to suspect the neighbourhood, more like on an informative note to fellow travellers: parking is not private, there are places free of charge next to a street and on a public parking lot nearby. This is not a negative comment, though! Parking felt very safe and there were always free spaces available. You may also get a place right in front of the apartment.

Do not stay at this or any other place belongs to this person! they lied us!

the only thing we liked was the neighbourhood and the area!

The place we stayed was not the place we booked! The owner called us and told the actual place that we had booked is gone but he has another one just on the other side of the street! We trusted the guy and said no problem! Once we arrived we realised the place is not similar to the one we booked! we had booked a one bedroom apartment, but he gave us a ground floor studio! he charged us the same price (£31 cash), however I looked at the booking.com the later that evening and realised the place is cheaper on the website (£25)! The place was disgusting! Dust all over the place, corners covered with spider webs and bedside tables covered with spilled drinks and the previous guest’s body hair!!! :/ I opened the cabinet under the kitchen sink and found a container filled with cigarette butts and used condom!!!! I was about to throw up! (all the pictures attached) It was too late and we couldn’t get anywhere else at that hour, so staying there was the only option! But we covered the bed with our own towels to sleep and left immediately after waking up the next morning! Horrible experience!!!
