Great location, you can avoid the traffic as it’s just on the outskirts
24/7 Laundry next door
Staff were helpful when the lift was out of service
No matter what we did, the room was always hot after coming back from a day out
The room seemed a bit dated, and it’s on the more expensive side of rooms available in old town
The lift was out of service for a day, luckily we were ok the 1st floor, but would not have been fun for anyone on the top floor
