About this apartment rental
Well-designed, comfortable, and quiet 3-room ground-floor apartment (52 m²) with an open kitchen, suitable for 1–4 people.
Living room with smart TV and internet radio (DAB+/FM with Bluetooth and Spotify Connect), featuring a small library and games. Wi-Fi available
Open-concept kitchen fully equipped (glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, French press, toaster, electric kettle) and dining area for four people.
1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a radio alarm clock
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200)
Bathroom with natural light and a shower
Sunny, sheltered south-facing terrace with patio furniture and a parasol
A junior high chair (for children ages 3 and up), a step stool, and a selection of children’s books and games.
All windows and doors are equipped with roller shutters and insect screens. The non-smoking apartment has tile or laminate flooring and features a lockable bike shed, a clothes drying rack, a parking space for a car, and a bike parking area.
The vacation rental is part of a small complex consisting of two houses. It is in a very quiet location, a 15-minute walk from the pier and with direct access to the West Beach (6 km).
Pets are not allowed.
Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented.

Bedding (12 €/person) and towels (8 €/person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bedding and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.
For DEPARTURES on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, the CLEANING FEE increases by 50%. This surcharge will be sent as a separate payment request and is due with the second payment.

The Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula is located between Rostock and Stralsund.
You can reach Prerow via the B 105, taking the Löbnitz intersection and heading toward Barth, or the Altheide intersection, then via Bäderstraße. Prerow is very centrally located and, in addition to its white sandy beach, offers many excursion options, such as the Maritime Museum, the Ozeaneum, the “Hanse Dom” water park in Stralsund, the Marlow Bird Park, Karls Erlebnisdorf in Rövershagen, and much more. In the spring and fall, you can observe cranes. The surrounding area is perfect for long bike rides.

Sauber und gemütlich!

Das Ferienhaus ist relativ hellhörig. Die Matratzen waren für uns zu weich. Der Fahradschuppen, speziell die Tür, muss dringend in Stand gesetzt .Die Küche war gut ausgestattet.
Prerow ist immer eine Reise wert.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt.
Wir haben das "verhungernde" WLAN " akzeptiert. Mal eine Woche ohne, ist ganz entspannend.
