Thanks to its spacious layout spread over two floors, Gut Stein is ideal for groups of friends or families traveling together—up to 10 people per apartment. Generous glass walls, high-quality materials, state-of-the-art technology, and a great attention to detail characterize the spacious rooms of this vacation home.
Each apartment occupies half of the house and consists of the first floor, which features a spacious living and dining room for 10 people, a cozy sofa, TV, open fireplace, and an open, fully equipped kitchen—including a ceramic cooktop, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and electric kettle—with direct access to the covered patio featuring a garden, barrel sauna, and solar-heated shower. You’ll also find a two-bed room with a double bed and a shower/toilet, as well as a storage room.
On the first floor, there are two additional bedrooms, each with a double bed, an en suite bathroom with shower and toilet, and direct access to the balcony. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed for two people, along with an en suite bathroom. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV.
Terrace/Garden: Garden furniture, barbecue area, sauna barrel, solar shower, and sun loungers; free Wi-Fi throughout the house.
There is ample parking directly at the lodge, including 4 carport spaces. A heated ski and boot room is also located in the carport.
Bedding, towels, table linens, and cleaning supplies are provided.
You don’t need to bring anything except groceries and a good mood!!!



On-site costs: All prices include VAT and exclude the local tax (€2.00 per adult aged 15 and older per day). Final cleaning: 150 €; utility costs per week: 150 €, including electricity, water, and a sauna barrel; firewood for the wood-burning stove based on consumption



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
