Fresh and elegant, it offers guests:
- 1 tastefully renovated double bedroom with a balcony overlooking olive trees, almond and fig trees, offering a gentle awakening to the soft glow of the morning sun and the chance to enjoy the cool evening breeze, when nature, after summer days, releases all its scents, creating unique sensations.
-1 double sofa bed that comfortably sleeps 2 people, located in the living room.
-1 bathroom equipped with a spacious shower, a toilet, and a sink—though not very large, it is beautifully finished and inviting.
-1 living room featuring a comfortable sleeper sofa and TV on one side, and on the other, a handcrafted wood-and-stone cooktop—both comfortable and elegant—where even the smallest detail has been carefully considered, allowing you to prepare summer dishes. Quick and refreshing.
Even outside the property, you can see the love and attention to detail. In fact, the property is surrounded by lush greenery and flowers that contribute to an extremely relaxing experience. All of this is enhanced by a splendid outdoor hot tub that allows you to cool off even on the hottest days.

Wunderschönes kl Häuschen mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet.Sehr sauber(Bettwäsche und Handtücher rochen wunderbar nach Waschpulver,ich liebe das)!
Mitten in der Natur.Abends hörte man die Zirkaden.Wunderbar zum Erholen.Schon sehr einsam zwar, das nä Dorf war ca 10min mit dem Auto entfernt(Auto ein muss),aber wir haben es sehr genossen.
Sehr netter Vermieter,Matteo.
Zum Einzug brachte er einen gut gefüllten Korb mit Überraschungen. Kaffee,Milch,Zucker,Tee,Wasser leckeres aus der Bäckerei, selbstgepresstes Olivenöl und einiges aus dem Garten.Matteo war jederzeit erreichbar.Alles war total unkompliziert und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Er und seine Tante hatten auch immer mal Zeit für einen kurzen Plausch.
Würden die Unterkunft für Ruhesuchende absolut empfehlen.
