the springs are so clean and amazing. a solution loved the herbal sauna and ice bath, the semi open air bath was great. the Manga library had classics as well as many new titles. even complimentary laundry machines. having access to the onsen nearly all day was a godsend in the humidty.
honestly for the price point and everything, no real complaints. I had the standard single room, the pillows and comforters werent the best but I personally dont need much especially considering all of the other perks and amenities

Free cold pillow service ontop of everything else, including the free onsen, and the 9:30pm yonaki soba. Good laundry service.
The lady's laundry room isn't in the lady's onsen area so I can't immediately do laundry and go into the onsen. That's about the only thing, the Dormy Inn at Korakuen had the laundry area in the onsen.

Good location and price, and they left us a nice snack in the fridge upon arrival. Check in and checkout were professional and easy. Most major amenities were provided.
The room was tiny with barely enough room for 2 suitcases and the bedsheets felt like plastic. They rustled every time we moved and felt bad against skin. The pillowcases were the same material and the pillows were very hard, so sleep wasn’t comfortable.
