Older property. One downstairs bedroom my friend encountered some black bugs.

There was trash all over the property. Cigarette burns on one of towels, dirty floors and between fridge and cabinets. Broken cabinet handles, ice maker didn’t work. Beds were very comfy and we had plenty of room. Good neighborhood. Had great communication with host.
