A vacation starts with feeling at home!
At the end of 2020, the “Seeblick 66” apartment was lovingly renovated and tastefully furnished.
The floor is covered with high-quality designer flooring. The built-in kitchen includes an oven with an integrated microwave, a refrigerator with an integrated freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, an egg cooker, a toaster, a kettle, and plenty of dishes. Between the kitchen and the living room, there is a dining area for 4 people. The cozy sofa with two reading lamps invites you to relax. It folds out very easily into a permanent bed (140 x 200 cm) with a high-quality mattress and slatted frame. Large under-bed storage with pillows and blankets. The built-in wall unit includes a display cabinet, a TV stand with a television and stereo system, and a wardrobe with ample space for hanging and folding clothes. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun.
From the kitchen, the dining area, the sofa, and the balcony, you have a fantastic view of the lake!!!
The bathroom features a heated towel rack, shelves, and a hair dryer. The bedroom features a dresser and two single beds (90 x 190 cm and 90 x 200 cm). The mattresses have different firmness levels on each side. Above the beds are bookshelves with reading lamps. You also have a great view of the beach and the water from the bedroom.
In the hallway, you’ll find a coat rack; a storage closet houses the vacuum cleaner, brooms, and other cleaning supplies, as well as ample space for suitcases, etc. The apartment is located on the 6th floor. An elevator is available.
The building features a newly renovated swimming pool and a sauna.
The sauna, washing machine, and dryer are available for a fee.
The covered parking space assigned to the apartment is located directly next to the building. Free Wi-Fi!
Use of the internet connection/Wi-Fi network is permitted only after signing the terms of use agreement, which includes a liability disclaimer from the landlord/agent. The relevant terms of use agreement must be signed/confirmed no later than upon arrival.
