A beautiful cypress-lined driveway leads you to Marie's farmhouse, built on a 1,800-square-meter lot.
Peace and quiet await you: you’ll enjoy the benefits of the countryside while being just 3 minutes from downtown and its amenities—shops, a museum, a media library, a bowling alley…
This farmhouse can accommodate 10 people.
It features 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms and a master bedroom (2 separate bedrooms with a shared bathroom); Beds in 160, 180, and 90 sizes. You’ll also have access to a living room with a piano, a dining room, and a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen! All bedrooms have a TV.
On the east-facing side, there’s a large terrace running the entire length of the house. Below the house is a small pond where the fish will happily eat any bread you care to feed them!!! Enjoy a pleasant and relaxing picnic in the shade of the bamboo trees.
A very pleasant 12×5 swimming pool area with a diving board.
Barbecue; various games: ping-pong, badminton, bocce, etc.
There’s also a second house measuring 97 m², usually rented as a vacation rental, that can accommodate 4 people. It features a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large living/dining room and a loggia overlooking the pool. A laundry room with a washing machine and sink; a separate toilet. Two bedrooms with private bathrooms featuring a shower, sink, and toilet. Air conditioning is installed in the living room, and insulation work was completed this fall. The vacation rental is rated 4 stars.
The entire property is rented as a whole, accommodating up to 14 people in July/August.
You will therefore have access to 2 houses.
Three hours of housekeeping are included in the rate.
