Located in the idyllic village of Warfendorf Pilsum, this attic apartment is on the top floor of the Lindenhof Pilsum and can accommodate 4 people. A small wooden staircase leads directly into the cozy living-dining area. Here, the modern built-in kitchen with its fresh green cabinet fronts immediately catches the eye. It is equipped with a large countertop. A spacious living and dining area invites you to enjoy cozy meals and spend time with the whole family. The high-quality bathroom, flooded with natural light, features a walk-in shower. The master bedroom has a double bed, and the children’s room is furnished with two single beds.
The beautiful garden, which guests are welcome to use, offers space to relax and play. You can store your bicycles in the barn located on the property.
Bedding and towels available upon request:
- Bedding: 12 euros per person
- Towels: 10 euros per person
The municipal visitor’s tax is charged separately.
For the safety of our guests, the parking lot, the front doors, and the barn (bicycle storage) are monitored by security cameras.

Die Ferienwohnung ist gross und schön eingerichtet, der Ort Pilsum ist klein und idyllisch. Es gibt einen grossen Garten zur Mitbenutzung. Um die Ecke einen Fahrradverleih. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief immer schnell und unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einer gut ausgestatteten Wohnung, in einem tollen Haus mit schönem Garten und super Parkmöglichkeit!
Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war auch sehr nett ☺️
Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder in das idyllische Pilsum!

Die Wohnung bietet alles,was man braucht! Gaststätte war direkt daneben, genauso eine kleine Bäckereifiliale und ein Fahrradverleih. Sehr schöne Gegend, wo man relativ schnell überall hinkommt. Egal nach Greetsiel, oder auf die Inseln, Emden. Alles super gut erreichbar
