Ideally located facing south with equipped terrace 22 m2 and small garden area.
10 minutes walk to the city center and ski shuttles during school periods.
Superb view of Gérardmer and the slopes.
All comforts: Dishwasher, washing machine, electric bed 160*200, sofa bed in the living room + all the new equipment to cook like at home.

Electric shutters.
TV, Wifi (fiber), parking space, games, books...

Un bel appartement,confortable, bien équipé,calme,place de parking,belle vue sur la montagne, à proximité de Gérardmer et des environs pour les visites,de belles randonnées à faire.
