About this apartment rental
This remodeled prime 1 bedroom/1 bath first story condo reveals white porcelain tile flooring with a luxurious adjustable king size bed just inside the front door to the left side. A few more steps into the condo is a small and a large cherry wood bathroom vanity with granite countertops that leads to a combination shower and jacuzzi tub, for a relaxing bubble bath. Continuing down the hallway, on the left side, is a bar with 2 contemporary adjustable bar chairs. On the other side of the bar is a fully equipped granite countertop and cherry wood cabinet kitchen with a gas stove and stainless appliances. Directly in front of you is a very comfortable living and dining room area which opens up just past the bar. The living and dining area unveils a wall to wall glass patio door with an unwinding view of the sunrise over Lake Conroe. The condo walls display beautiful canvas pictures of places, and the year, we have travelled through many states in the U.S. and internationally to the countries of France and Italy. So whether it is business or pleasure this is our place for you to stay when you come to the Houston, Conroe, or Willis, Texas areas.

Amazing weekend getaway. It was so awesome to fish right off the balcony. My husband caught 3 cat fish a blue tail. The bed was comfortable and the blankets were cuddly soft. The kitchen had everything you could need. They even included bait and wine in the fridge. It took us less than 2 minutes walking to get to the Wave restaurant. It was good and filling. We really enjoyed our stay!

Super cool place right on Lake Conroe, literally.. Owners were very responsive and made sure we were good to go.The condo was fully stocked from towels to fishing poles. They even had bait, in a sealed bag, in the fridge for us.Clean, roomy and extremely comfortable. Newer appliances and everything worked. We were extremely pleased and would highly recommend.

Host was prompt with communication and code to get into the property left a ton of instructions on everything in the condo. Condo was mostly clean although several spiders inside among others. We booked specifically to fish from the balcony which you can as long as you’re not scared of spiders. Balcony completely infested. I noticed all other properties were clean on the ceiling free of spider eggs and webs but this one looked very neglected. I bought a feather duster to remove as many as I could but within hours they would all be back. Which made fishing from the balcony very unpleasant. Overall the property was decent as long as you can survive the spider infestation.
