Very centrally located in the heart of Hatfield easy access to university and sports facilities. The staff were very helpful and friendly I noticed the breakfast waiters going to huge trouble to make sure that a family of 3 small kids left without adult supervision all ate their breakfast. They continuously checked in on them and made sure they ate well which was really very thoughtful. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

It’s a beautiful hotel.
The bathroom was filled with water after taking a shower, it seems water was seeping through the shower doors.
The bedroom carpet had a pink stain, it seemed to have been there for a while now. Some parts of the bedroom carpet were wet from the water seepage, which is pretty much disgusting. For all I know the pink stain could have been a mould build up.
I would suggest you do a room inspection before choosing to accept room 373.
