About this apartment rental
2-room apartment on the 1st floor of the well-maintained "Domicil" residential complex, 45 m² of living space with a balcony, accommodating up to 4 people:
- Living area with a sleeper sofa. 1 armchair and 1 ottoman, wall unit with TV
- dining area for 4 people integrated into the living area
- direct access to the balcony from the living area (south-facing, furnished, covered)
- fully equipped separate kitchen with dishwasher and oven
- Bedroom with a double bed (2 single mattresses, 90x200 cm) and TV
- Bright, natural-light-filled bathroom with shower and toilet
A washing machine and dryer (for a fee! for shared use) are located in the building.
The parking space is located in the underground garage. Bicycles can be stored in the bike room in the building’s basement.
Pets are not allowed in this apartment. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony!

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr schöne und ruhige Lage. Es ist alles sehr gut und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Leider sind die Parkmöglichkeiten etwas begrenz und die Parkbucht in der Tiefgarage sehr eng.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Gerne buchen wir diese wieder.

Es war eine sehr schöne und ruhige Unterkunft, einzigste manko: eine Mikrowelle wäre wünschenswert gewesen.
