Dear Future Guest!
Our Mission Beach ocean front vacation rental is located directly on the Pacific Ocean, fronting on the famed Mission Beach Boardwalk half-way between Crystal Pier and Belmont Park.
Enjoy fabulous unobstructed views of the sand and surf from our private patio, living room, dining room, kitchen, and the master bedroom. You will love the first floor easy access to the beach (no elevator or stairs!) with a reserved parking space directly in front of the door. We recently installed new solid-surface flooring (no carpet!).
Watch the sunset from the patio. Seagulls, dolphins, and whales (when migrating) will delight you. We are so lucky to have a wonderful place to put up our feet and want to share the experience with you! We have provided additional information about the condo in our rental agreement. Building Exterior Upgrades
The building has undergone major structural improvements to walkways and balconies on the upper floors recently. The contractor’s remaining work includes painting and waterproofing those areas on the alley side of the building. It is not expected that this will be disruptive to your stay, although there may be certain days when the painting crew will be in the area of our front door along the alley side. No work is occurring on the beach side of the building (it’s all done!). When completed, the building will have beautiful new paint, and refreshed patios and balconies. We love the new look! My husband, myself and our daughter and her friend (12) stayed about a week. The place was amazingly clean! For being right on the beach we were so surprised how nice and detailed clean it was. The condo had everything essential for our stay. The boogie boards were great and the girls used them everyday! The place had a nice cool breeze with the doors and windows open and at night the fans in the room help out with the July heat. We enjoyed the patio every morning for coffee and every night we watched the sunset and people walking by. The condo was located in the middle of shops and stores and the parking spot was perfect, backed up right to the door. We would definitely recommend staying here and will be staying here again hopefully soon : )

Great place to stay. You’re right at the beach and boardwalk and within walking distance to the surrounding dining and activities. The parking space with the unit is very convenient although a little tricky for a sprinter van. With that said, it explains why being centrally located in a walkable area was a plus for us!There was a variety of sand and beach toys available for our 7 yr old grandson!
