This small bungalow for 2 to 3 people is set in the middle of a quiet, 500 m² garden and is located in the coastal village of Funtana. The separate, detached vacation home was built in the landlord’s garden, has its own entrance, and is the perfect choice for guests looking to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation. The house is just 250 meters from the nearest beach, and the town center is only 300 meters away.
The vacation home has a living area of 48 m² and can accommodate two adults and one child. The living room, which is equipped with air conditioning, features a seating area with a sleeper sofa (140 x 200 cm) and satellite TV. Up to two children can sleep on the couch. In the center of the room is the dining area with a table and four chairs. Behind it is the kitchenette, which is equipped with an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and filter coffee maker. The bedroom features a closet, a desk with a chair, and a double bed (160 x 200 cm). The bathroom includes a shower, bidet, and hair dryer. Both the bedroom and the bathroom have heating. A washing machine is located in the adjacent room in the bungalow. There is also a lockable storage area for bicycles.
