You’ll find a spacious storage area in the entryway, a generous bathroom with toilet and shower, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic cooktops, a fridge-freezer combo, and a stove with oven. In the cozy bedroom, you’ll sleep in the utmost comfort on a double bed made of solid larch with 7-way adjustable slatted frames on multi-zone mattresses, tucked under temperature-regulating down comforters. As in the entire house, ceiling-mounted radiant heating is installed here as well, providing a pleasantly even distribution of warmth. In keeping with the style, all 5 windows of the apartment feature sunny-yellow roller blinds for privacy, while the hardwood floors make the rooms pleasant to walk on and are just as easy to maintain as the bright, airy, and generously sized bathroom.
Right next to the apartment complex, you’ll find the Mainkai Promenade, perfect for strolling and sunbathing; there’s also a well-run international restaurant with sun terraces, a lounge, and a vaulted cellar. Just 80 meters further up, the market square is lined with a variety of eateries—ranging from Chinese and Greek restaurants to one of the best Franconian brewery taverns, the Bräustüble. You’ll also find bakeries, butchers, and all other shops for your daily needs within walking distance around the market square.
