Beautiful grounds and pools, torrential storms so we were confined indoors, good size well equipped gym, sauna, jacuzzi etc. Reasonably priced restaurant and food was fine. Our apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. Due to weather they offered prompt buggy service across the resort. Very friendly reception/check in.
Everything is very dated and it really needs a good refurb. This is probably why you get such good value for money. Only 1 place on site serving lunch, small snack bar by pool with very limited selection.

It was close to where we needed to be. The staff were friendly it was clean.
We stayed in the hotel side of the property it was a bit out dated and could do with a bit of a refresh.

Rooms were clean and comfortable
Housekeeping and Restaurant staff were unresponsive. When asked for replenishment of tissues in the room we were told it would be provided, but never was sent to the room. Restaurant staff had to be asked three times for an additional plate in order the share our meal. Food lacked flavour and seasoning.
