About this apartment rental
The Hotel Widmann's Löwen / Hotel Zang is located in the idyllic Ostalb region—in Zang, near Heidenheim an der Brenz. This hotel near Heidenheim invites you to enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation in the Swabian Alb. You’ll stay in suites and comfortably furnished rooms. After an eventful day of sightseeing, enjoy moments of tranquility as a couple or with the whole family. The kitchen team at the Schwäbische Alb restaurant will treat you to culinary delights that extend far beyond the region. Frank and Andreas Widmann conjure up delicious Bavarian and international dishes. Here, not only are your taste buds delighted, but your eyes are equally enchanted. In our new, timelessly elegant, modern gourmet restaurant “ursprung”—awarded a Michelin star—at the Hotel Zang, culinary dreams come true. You’ll also sleep in comfortable rooms, cozy chalets, or rustic wooden wagons at the Hotel Zang near Heidenheim. The Swabian Alb chalets are particularly popular with our guests. Enjoy a thoroughly relaxing stay in the Swabian Alb chalets at the Hotel Schwäbische Alb.
Coziness, romance, nature—that’s what our two cozy and meticulously restored construction trailers stand for. Staying overnight in these gems is a truly special experience that you simply must try at least once. While we here in the Alb aren’t a traditional construction trailer hotel, we do have a soft spot for high-quality building materials, understated luxury, and, of course, the connection to nature that surrounds us in the Swabian Alb.
