No need to rent a car! Walk to all the bars & restaurants! Medano Beach is located on the other side of the marina which you can walk to in about a 20 minute walk (or take a $3-$4USD Uber ride).

Everything about this condo was perfect for our vacation!! The location was central to all things downtown!! 5 min walk to the marina, shops, restaurants and local pubs! It’s a vibrant area with lots going on, but as soon as you walk through the front doors of the condo building it’s peace and quiet. Very relaxing feeling around the pool area and covered gazebo. People at the pool area were very friendly! The area was clean and well maintained!!The unit was just what we expected as shown in the pictures!! The unit was clean and tidy and felt like home right away!! The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes and cooking utensils etc. The bed(s) were comfortable!!We discovered that if you go to the fifth floor you can exit the building to an upper street. You can take it and walk up the mountain!! You are surrounded by multi million dollar homes and beautiful views!! If you want to continue down the other side there an access to a beautiful beach on the Pacific side. It’s a very under used area, it was like our own private beach!We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this location if you like an urban setting!!!
