The staff is very attentive, very helpful, the cleaning ladies are absolutely amazing!
I think the price is alright for the great location, although the “Budget room” that we had stayed in could be just a tad bigger - because the room is so small, the ventilation is placed directly across the bed and it might be a bit annoying to feel the breeze all night coming straight to you. The location is a bonus as much as it is a minus. You can hear people on the street pretty much all night, but that is just the culture of people staying up late :) we stayed here for 11 days and I am not sorry we booked this stay! But, I believe there might be some better options for the price point, maybe with breakfast as well! Keep in mind if you do rent a car, you will be walking to the nearest parking for about 10 minutes.

EVERYTHING! this was by far our favorite place to stay on this five week European adventure. The staff was warm and welcoming, and went above and beyond to be helpful. The hotel itself was lovely, charming, and unique. The beds and rooms were so comfortable and the breakfast was unbelievable.
nothing negative to say

From the moment we entered - the reception staff were welcoming and knowledgeable - took care to ensure we knew the things we needed to and looked after us.
The Manager was simply excellent - showed us the hotel and the sitster hotel with its roof top - for which we could also use.
The Brwakfast was a cold buffet and not clear on how things really worked. A little improvement here and it would just be totally outstanding.
