This spectacular 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom Victorian home places you right downtown—just a few blocks walk to local favorites like Juicy Lucy's and The Pullman. Perfect for large families or groups, this 3,000+ sq ft residence comfortably sleeps 14.

Bedroom 3: Two set of Bunk Beds (Sleeps 4).
Hallway Bathroom: Includes a shower.
Main Level
Living Spaces: Multiple comfortable living areas, including a living room with a Sleeper Sofa (Sleeps 2).
Kitchen & Dining: Modern, fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with a large table.
Access: Direct access to the 2-car garage.
Basement (Lower Level)
Bedroom 4: King bed.
Entertainment: Large Game Room and a separate Movie Room with a second Sleeper Sofa (Sleeps 2).
Bathrooms: One full bathroom with a shower and one half bath.
Utility: Dedicated Laundry Room with a washer and dryer.
Guest Access: You will have the entire main house all to yourselves as well as the driveway and 2 car garage! Please note that there is an attached ADU (apartment above the garage) with a long-term renter. They are completely independent, with their own private entrance and a dedicated parking space adjacent to the driveway. They do not have access to the main house or any of your spaces, so your privacy is fully guaranteed.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Glenwood Springs. The location was perfect—we walked to almost everything we wanted to do, which made the trip so easy with a big group. The kids absolutely loved the game room and the treehouse, and the adults loved that the dining table fit all 12 of us for family dinners. The house had plenty of space for all 12 of us, and we never felt crowded. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, especially since we traveled with only carry‑ons. A highlight we’ll never forget: we even got to see a mama bear and her three cubs in the backyard. Such an incredible and unexpected moment. Highly recommend this home for large families or groups looking for comfort, convenience, and fun. One of the best parts - minimal requirements for checkout, which made packing up and leaving (with 3 littles) SO much less stressful!

This is the second time my family has booked this house for a reunion. It's the perfect size and gives everyone the space they need. It's proximity is perfect, walking distance to most everything. The host is very responsive and we'll book again if we ever get the oppotunity to reunite.

We had such a good time here! Walking distance to the hotsprings and town center. Kids had a blast with the game room and tree house. Loved the patio and all the table/ couch seating inside. We would love to stay here again
