Mountain Memories is the perfect place to start making your own "mountain memories". Built in 2018, this gorgeous and private four bedroom home offers ridge line views and frequent visits by wildlife. Guests will enjoy two levels on a spacious lot with an expansive deck to take in the views. It is conveniently located to be within walking distance of downtown Estes Park and only 10 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. The inside space boasts a great room that is perfect for large groups complete with vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, firestick tv and custom stone gas fireplace. Enjoy an upgraded kitchen with stone counter tops, stainless steel appliances, induction range, custom cabinets and breakfast bar. The kitchen is well stocked with basic cooking ingredients, spices, condiments, paper goods, trash bags and soap. Dine in style around our beautiful, counter height table that seats eight comfortably. Toddler seat provided for your little one. Take in the mountain air on the back deck where you will find a cozy conversation area, gas fire pit and gas BBQ. Our patio table seats eight making it a perfect place for your evening dinner or morning coffee. Retire for the evening in the main level king bedroom suite with private bathroom and steam shower. Also offered on the main level is a queen bedroom with access to full bath. Sorry no AC- most homes in Estes don’t have AC. We cool the house with a whole house fan pulling cool, mountain air from outside to the inside. Additional bedrooms are cozily tucked into the lower level with one offering twin beds. The other lower level bedroom is a king bedroom providing ample sleeping room. You will be sure to have a peaceful night's sleep with the soft bedding and comfortable beds. The lower level also offers a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Many guests have enjoyed the lower level family/tv room as a dedicated workspace or as just another great place to lounge, play games or watch your favorite movie. Head out to garage fora variety of games like ping pong or foosball. No garage parking.Mountain Memories is sure to delight as you make it your home away from home! No smoking please. No central air. Our family of four loved this house! It was very clean, quiet, and well taken care of. The kids enjoyed all the games in the garage. The large porch was great to enjoy in the mornings for breakfast and evenings for family dinners. We would definitely stay here again!

The 4th of July in Estes Park was amazing! Our family of 8 really enjoyed this rental. It has EVERYTHING you could possibly need with plenty of room. The garage is filled with games (ping pong table, foosball, basketball etc) that provided hours of entertainment. The outdoor grill was great for our picnic dinner on the 4th. Location was perfect and we walked to Lake Estes and downtown. We will definitely stay again.

Fantastic host! Excellent communications when we needed anything. We even had a toilet clog and it was fixed by the time we returned from town. The location was excellent. We had several cow elk and calves right in the back and front yards. Lots of cute ground squirrels my granddaughter loved. Driving to central downtown is about 3-5 minutes. Drive to Safeway is about 2 minutes. Back porch was some of the best family time ever with the fire pit, furniture and grill. Birds flying around everywhere including hummingbirds. The house is beautiful, lots of room, up and downstairs work great for extended family and the host threw in some perks like two passes for rides on the mountain coaster. They have more than one property so you might have to coordinate for these. I can't say more than this, if we go back to Estes, this is where we are staying unless it is booked!
