Very balanced spread of breakfast. Game zone was maintained well. Staffs are courteous
Gym starts at 8 am. This should be considered and 630 would be ideal.
Reception desk needs more professional staffs. Persons can be added/ shuffled during busy hours
Parking charges at Gondkhali should be HSBs responsibility ( Valid coupon mentioning days of stay can be given to guests while checking out)

Loved the overall property. Everything is super clean, inviting and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and beautiful. The restaurant is great with tasty food options. The decor is pleasing though it can be classier and better reflect the region. The staff are helpful and courteous. The spa service was excellent. Loved the overall landscaping - again, it would be great to have more indigenous plants on the property
There was some construction work going on at the pool - lots of labourers and very noisy. So we didn't feel like using the pool even though we wanted to.
The cocktails served at the bar were below average

Very open and green with big airy rooms
The water coming into the bathtub was very yellow

The garden were well maintained. The rooms were spacious but poorly maintained. The restaurant, room service etc staff was great and eager to help; the management staff was not helpful at all. Good food.
The rooms are dated, amenities are not-functional, towels etc dirty, I had my hot water accidentally turned off in winter…overall a lot of mismanagement likely due to lack of training.
