The breakfast spread was amazing, offering a wide selections of both local and western dishes
I stayed at Signature twice last year while doing a road trip to Vientiane. This was the same on our drive up and back from Koh Samui. Over the one yr period, notice Signature hotel is a bit more rundown especially the A block. If management and hotel owner does not make an active attempt to spruce up, compound will go into a dilapidated state

Exceeded My Expectations .......Wonderful Stay!
This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! I brought my mom along, and she was really looking forward to having authentic Thai laksa. To our surprise, the hotel’s breakfast menu actually had it , it was such a lovely and unexpected treat for her!
The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, making it perfect for relaxing, rejuvenating, and enjoying some quality time together. The hotel staff were also incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay.
What touched me most was how warmly the staff treated my mom as an elderly guest. She was given such thoughtful and caring attention, almost like a VIP treatment, which made our stay even more special.
A very big thank you to Anas, Chafiq, and Fendi for their kindness, warmth, and excellent service. Your genuine care and hospitality made a real difference to our experience.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️

Location to airport and very quiet after a day of travelling.
We had a swim up pool room but the hot water wasn’t working. This was resolved but ran very slow to fill the bath. Then the hydro bath didn’t work. This was then fixed. Offered another room but this was 19:30 and we needed to shower and have dinner before an earlier start in the morning.
Restaurant staff weren’t very friendly and service was poor even though very few customers and lots of staff.
