Number the Staff there, especially the Lady named Happy there by front desk she is the Best of the Best for all the years am coming her smilling an welcoming is forever the Best.
2 security guys also are the best, always assisting with luggage and smilling, they don't have colout favorite they good to everyone.
If I book a room for 3 people and pay for 3 people am expecting to see towels for 3 people and Coffee Sugar and teabag for 3 people. And plate for 3ppl
Now we came late only to find kitchen closed no sugar to be given no plates ..we have to go up an down asking for towels also that time one is tired u want to bath and rest.
The Hotel is very clean no lies and staff
But just on that one please , sort rooms as per number of guests
I've been sleeping there for long as the hotel is convenient to most of all things. And I will still do cause it is also peaceful.
Thank you
