Perfect for families, great that there was some wear and tear so we knew it had been a fun villa for lots of people. Hos

The outdoor area and location was superb. Spacious rooms, all modern inside kitchen, comfy beds, air con in all bedrooms huge bathrooms, clean pool

Smelly pool w/c, “Other kitchen”in poor condition

Location great, everything else poor!

The location is excellent, and the fridge freezer is great, but that was about it.

What was advertised was very different from what we actually received. The villa is poor and their customer service is also very poor. The villa is very dated and tired, and the photos appear to be several years old. The pool is not a saltwater plunge pool as advertised. Instead, it is a deep, single-depth pool with only two steps for entry. With no shallow end and poor access, it is unsuitable for children or anyone with mobility issues, despite being advertised as "suitable for all ages." The depth of the pool is not displayed anywhere, and throughout our 11 night stay the chlorine and pH levels remained outside the recommended range. They also do not test or clean the pool as standard and instead advise guests to message them and request this if necessary. Many fixtures and furnishings were broken, damaged, or missing altogether, leaving exposed wiring in several places. This included lights, sockets, shower doors, chairs, tables, toilet seats, shower holders, the oven extractor fan, missing door handles, and air conditioning units. When the manager attended, they claimed all of the damage had been caused by the previous guests, who they described as "party people." Given the extent and variety of the issues, I find this very difficult to believe. There was no welcome pack or information explaining how to use the appliances. The villa offers very little privacy. The garden is regularly overlooked, particularly by workmen carrying out loud building work on a villa directly opposite from 8 a.m. every day. We were not informed about these ongoing works before our stay. The property was also unclean, with dust, old cobwebs full of insects, squashed bugs on the walls, and mould in several areas. No cleaning materials were provided, and the garden area was not cleaned. The cleaners advised that they only clean the interior of the property, yet no broom or mop was provided for guests to maintain the outdoor areas themselves during our stay.

Disappointing

Villa Maday is a good space. 5 good size bedrooms. It has an alarm that is easily set on exit. A good kitchen space. Great BBQ, although inside. Plunge pool is big enough to play piggy in the middle and nicely deep. It’s well positioned for the sun. Good range of chairs. Nice to have 3 bottles of water and hand soap dispensers for 4 of the 5 toilet basins. Good location.

Villa Maday has 2 Big Problems. It does not work and is not managed. Plus, we were punished for not accepting what had previously been agreed to by the manager. On it working – No hot water on arrival and ignorance as to what to do. Fixed the next morning but tank is tiny. Twice, I was standing under a cold dribble thinking I am paying over £6k for this??? Showers have to be scheduled. 2 of the 4 shower heads could not and cannot hold the shower heads. We tried fixing them but they are gone. Two hoses and a head were replaced but they are not good. 1 shower pools and then smells. Toilets had to be flushed a few times. There are 4 safes. One evidently broken. One locked closed. One locked open. Last has a sign for its code that cannot be changed. There are 7 TVs, a couple of them worked. The TV engineer who came had a go but said they were just too old. The Password sign next to the WiFi box - isn’t. There are 3 WiFis. Had to receive a message with codes. Two share a 20 upper case/lower case/number password???? The other an 8 digit password. WiFi is good. 5 air conditioning units in each bedroom. One doesn’t have a controller???? There is a fan? Other 4 were effective. Enough plates if one runs the dishwasher twice a day, remembering to insert the seal each time. Then dishwasher stopped. Replaced 3 days later, with a new one that leaked. Not enough cutlery. A mishmash of glasses and crockery. Signs ask for plastic cups around the pool but there are none. Fridge in outside kitchen gets hotter. There was no washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, washing machine powder, cleaning cloths, washing up brush, surface cleaner, paper towels. Towels have a 12/2020 date on them and have been washed too often. Beach towels were nice. 2 Tee towels supplied, but a few more were later supplied. No manual. There was an oven which may have been a bain marie but no idea how to work it. Management - No one to greet us on arrival despite agreeing a time.

Lovely villa. Recommend to all.

Excellent facilities, the place had everything. Check in was easy and the location was brilliant (shops 2 min walk and main strip 15 min walk).

The house was well located. The host was very helpful.

But the house cleanness was not great, especially the outside parts - they would need a deep cleaning... In general, the house needs to be taken care of. the bathroom showers were clogged and smelly. The kitchen cupboards were falling apart and the dishwasher was not working. But at least when we told the host, they sent someone to take care of all the above.
