A fuir !
Je ne suis pas du style à mettre des avis négatifs pour le plaisir, mais là, par respect pour d'éventuels futurs locataires, je pense qu'il est important de prévenir de ce qu'il vont trouver dans ce logement.
Nous sommes arrivés de nuit et sous la pluie. L'agence de location nous permis d'avoir les clés via une box, mais par contre un plan très mal détaillé (et un logement qui ne se trouve pas directement depuis la rue (on y accède en voiture par une courte voie en sens interdit, donc pas top).
Le logement est spartiate. Je pense qu'aucune amélioration n'y a été faite depuis des dizaines d'années : il y a une moquette maculée de tâches au sol donc s'il vous faites des allergies respiratoires, fuyez ! Une très forte odeur de poussière qui a mis plusieurs jours à partir en aérant en permanence ...
Le contour de la baignoire est moisi ...
La tapisserie se décolle du mur.
Des prises électriques se désolidarisent du mur (dangereux pour un enfant qui voudrait y brancher sa console par exemple).
Il y a un jour d'1 cm au niveau de la fenêtre : je plein les personnes qui louent l'hiver (d'autant que ce n'est pas avec les chauffages grille-pain qu'on doit pouvoir compenser les déperditions de chaleur...).
Il y a encore des plaques chauffantes pour cuisiner : peut mieux faire de nos jours, ça éviterait que des enfants, par exemple, se brûlent...
Aucun mitigeur non plus et je peux vous assurer que l'eau y est bouillante pour mettre faite surprendre une fois ou deux !
Des tabourets en bois spartiates pour manger (si vous avez des problèmes de lombaires ou de hanches, ce n'est pas pour vous).
Et pour terminer : une terrasses, pas très propre, où il n'y a rien pour s'asseoir (un petit set de table et 2 chaises auraient été apprécié).
Bref, je ne recommande absolument pas ce logement. C'est même une honte de louer en l'état.
