Welcome to the "Am Brook 16 – Apartment 1" vacation rental in Dahme!

This vacation rental, approximately 45 m² in size, is located on the first floor of an eight-unit building and accommodates up to 3 people—ideal for couples or small families looking to spend a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea.

You enter the apartment through the hallway. Right in the entryway, you’ll find the interior shower room on the left and the small, functionally equipped kitchen on the right.

The heart of the apartment is the bright living room, featuring a sleeper sofa, a dining table with chairs, a TV, and a dresser. From here, you have access to the furnished terrace, where you can enjoy relaxing moments.

The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 mattresses, each 90 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, an armchair, and a small table. The carpeted floor in the bedroom provides additional comfort.

An outdoor parking space right next to the house is available to you free of charge. Bicycles can be conveniently stored in the bike storage area. Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge.

The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is, of course, permitted on the terrace.

A well-behaved dog is welcome for a fee.

Location:
The Baltic Sea resort of Dahme is located on the Bay of Lübeck between Grömitz and the island of Fehmarn, featuring a 6.5-km-long sandy beach stretching eastward. The 1.5-km-long promenade, lined with shops and ice cream parlors, invites you to take a leisurely stroll. The newly created Baltic Sea Lounge, complete with palm trees, rounds out a perfect day of vacation. Dahme is located in Germany’s sunniest region, with approximately 2,000 hours of sunshine. To the north, you’ll find the unspoiled dune landscape with swimming spots; to the south, the cliffs with bird sanctuaries. The surrounding countryside, with its numerous biking and hiking trails, also offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities. From the dike, you can visit many beaches without having to use the main roads. There are also plenty of activities for children and the young at heart: playgrounds, a skate park, children’s entertainment, a kids’ harbor, a streetball court, a surf school, mini-golf, a bounce house, and much more to fill your free time. Of course, you can also just lie on the beach and relax. As you can see, there’s something for everyone here.
