Our romantic vacation rental, the "Heritage Boutique Apartment Adele," offers everything two people could want for a stay in the imperial town of Bad Ischl, all within approximately 50 square meters. In our stylishly furnished historic apartments, the shared lounge, the spacious balcony, and the cozy outdoor area, you can relax wonderfully with a cup of tea or a glass of wine.
Enjoy an unforgettable stay at the “Heritage Boutique Apartment Adele” and savor the historic atmosphere without sacrificing modern comforts in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. This turn-of-the-century city villa was completely renovated in 2020, and each vacation apartment is lovingly furnished with select antiques.
Thanks to their central location, our apartments are particularly well-suited for a car-free vacation in the Salzkammergut.

Sleeping:
The bedroom features a historic double bed with a new slatted frame and a hotel-quality mattress (200x190), a smart TV with satellite reception, and a wardrobe.
Cooking/Dining/Living:
The spacious living area with a fantastic view features a fully equipped kitchenette, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave with baking function. The dining table for up to 4 people and the Art Nouveau chaise longue make this apartment a real gem.
Bathroom & Toilet:
The bathroom, newly installed in 2020, features a walk-in shower, sink, and all amenities, including towels, soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. Enjoy your very own private oasis of well-being and feel as if you’ve stepped back in time to Sisi’s era thanks to the antique dressing mirror.
The separate restroom was also completely newly installed.
Common area:
In the communal lounge, you’ll find a wide selection of different teas, a coffee capsule machine, numerous board games, an open bookshelf, travel guides, and access to the large balcony with a fantastic view.

Accessibility:
- The Stadtvilla is so centrally located that you can easily explore everything on foot.
- Salzburgerstraße bus stop right outside the front door
- Bad Ischl train station 850 m (11 min) on foot
- Public parking lot 2 min walk away (free for you; we provide a ticket)
- Cafés and restaurants - starting at 50 m
- Kaiservilla - 200 m as the crow flies (500 m to the entrance)
- Congress and Theater Center – 350 m
- Doctor & Pharmacy – 350 m
- Shopping for daily necessities – 550 m
- Café Konditorei Zauner – 550 m
- Katrin Cable Car Valley Station – 2.1 km
- Trip to Hallstatt by train & boat: 35 min (fantastic!)
