Decent swimming pool
Erroneous and misleading information on the property. It claims to have a private parking, but it doesn't have one. WIFI wasn't working; it took them 4 days to fix it after several calls of complaint from me. The property was dusty; you would think it hasn't been cleaned for ages, when they claim it's cleaned just before you are handed the keys.
Besides the full amount they debit from your card, you, surprisingly, will still have to pay some 200 euros Cash before being handed the keys once you are there. 80 euros for cleaning, 60 euros for electricity, 30 euros for towels, 30 euros if you get there 5 minutes past 20.00 pm.
The lady in charge of handing you the keys is not helpful and absolutely unfriendly. She just makes your first day miserable.
I am sure I forgot to mention other stuff as my staying was ruined there.

En primer lugar que al poco de pagar la señal se pone en contacto conmigo directamente la propietaria indicandome que tenía que dejar 200 € de fianza y 80 € de limpieza y 80 € de pago de luz (¡¡¡¡PERDON!!!!... ¿por una semana 80€ de luz????
No lo hice caso, porque creía que eran de la inmobiliaria NOVASOL, que por cierto, ni los vi, ni se personaron, todo fue mediante una mediadora(María) que fue lo mejor de toda la instancia.
Esta señora propietaria, me hizo un favor y no me cobró ni las sabanas ni las toallas, por cierto, no tenia ni una triste manta, lo único que encontramos fue un par de colchas y gracias.
Nos encontramos con candados en ciertos armarios y en el cuarto de baño no habia ni papel higienico.
De los servicios que supuestamente tiene la casa, hay que hacer un capitulo aparte.
No tiene horno (supuestamente la explicación que dió esta señora es que lavandolo una vez, se borró en el cuadro de mandos todas las indicaciones, y por precaución lo desenchufaron, porque decía que lo iba a cambiar), que si tenía que usarlo, mejor usará el microonda, le dijo a María.
Barbacoa ni de broma, nos encontramos que solo había una pergola con una mesa y cuatro sillas, nada más.
Del Agua es otro capitulo aparte, nos la encontramos cerrada y tuvimos que volver a llamar a Maria, para que hablará con la propietaria, la dijo que la tenía cortada, una vez dada, resulta que salia un hilito de agua, no tiene presión y es una odisea para poder ducharte.
Los mandos de la casa o no tenían pilas o estaba sulfatadas.
La nevera para tirar, aparte de vieja, sin luz y enfriaba de aquella manera.
Solo me queda una duda.... Supuestamente cuando se hace la reserva tengo la duda de que esté incluido ya los gastos de limpieza, si es así, entonces me gustaría saber porque se me cobra 2 veces los gastos de limpieza.
De la inmobiliara NOVASOL, lo único que se de ellos es que en un plazo de 48 horas haces la reserva pagando en mi caso 419 € o lo cancelan.
