The view was absolutely stunning! The condo was in a great place to be able to navigate the beach and restaurants.
The cleanliness of the condo was not too great. There was some mildew (to be expected when being directly on the beach), there was also some spots on the countertops and some trash in the trash can. The H.O.A was also very rude and very nitpicky with us as well as other tenants. The water pressure was non existent in the showers and the tub stoppers were broken so you couldn't soak in the tub. Garbage disposal didn't work and the water backa up into the sink when a toilet flushes, but overall it was okay.

We loved everything about the place except the sofa bed needs to be replaced.
The sleeper sofa bed needs to be replaced. There was a metal piece sticking out on the end that could cut someone and you could literally feel the springs through the mattress. Other than that we loved the place.
