Unfortunately, my experience was terrible, and I wouldn't recommend this free cabin. Reaching the cabin was extremely difficult due to the numerous stairs, and carrying luggage was very challenging. The cabin is located deep within a forest, and there are no signs or directions to the access icon, making it very difficult to find. I was forced to stay in the cabin and suffer from malnutrition. Upon inspection, we found a broken window. The bathroom had an old wooden floor and leaked in several places. Registration was supposed to end at 11:00 (the time to look for a way out), but the cabin attendant entered the property several times without permission, even though we hadn't yet completed our registration. On one occasion, she locked the bathroom door for an extended period, which was unacceptable and violated our privacy. She also threatened to call the police, which made our experience extremely unpleasant, even though she hadn't caused any trouble. Despite this, we were fined 1700 zlotys, which is unfair. The cleanliness was terrible, and I'd rate it 0 out of 10. The cabin also lacked air conditioning, and the temperature could be significantly reduced. The furniture was cluttered throughout. The service was incredibly slow; even making coffee took two hours or more, which is unacceptable. During our stay, a worker was present in the cabins, which was quite disruptive. The sound of the Jackson toilet flush was clearly audible from the basement, and there was absolutely no privacy. Even the curtains weren't fully opened because we were about to sign a privacy agreement. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and we would not recommend this unique property.

للأسف كانت تجربتي سيئة جدًا ولا أنصح بهذا الكوخ إطلاقًا. الوصول إلى الكوخ متعب للغاية بسبب كثرة السلالم، وكان حمل الحقائب صعبًا جدًا. كما أن الكوخ يقع داخل غابة، ولا توجد أي لوحات أو إرشادات واضحة للوصول إليه، مما جعل العثور عليه صعبًا للغاية. معاملة مسؤولة الكوخ كانت سيئة وغير احترافية. عند استلام الكوخ قمنا بفحصه ووجدنا أن أحد الزجاج كان مكسورًا. كما أن الحمام يحتوي على أرضية خشبية قديمة، وكانت المياه تتسرب في أكثر من مكان. عند موعد تسجيل المغادرة، وقبل الساعة 11:00 (وهو الوقت المحدد لتسجيل الخروج)، دخلت مسؤولة الكوخ إلى مكان الإقامة أكثر من مرة دون استئذان، رغم أننا لم نكن قد أكملنا إجراءات تسجيل المغادرة بعد. وفي إحدى المرات قامت بفتح باب الحمام دون أي إذن مسبق، وهو تصرف غير مقبول وشعرنا بأنه انتهاك واضح لخصوصيتنا. كما قامت بتهديدنا باستدعاء الشرطة، مما جعل نهاية إقامتنا تجربة مزعجة للغاية. رغم أننا لم نتسبب بأي مشكلة تستدعي ذلك. ورغم ذلك، تم تغريمنا مبلغ 1700 زلوتي، وهو أمر غير عادل. النظافة كانت سيئة جدًا وأقيّمها 0 من 10. كما أن الكوخ لا يحتوي على تكييف، وكان الجو بداخله حارًا جدًا، وكانت الحشرات منتشرة في كل مكان. الموقد بطيء للغاية، وحتى إعداد القهوة كان يستغرق ساعتين أو أكثر، وهو أمر غير مقبول. خلال إقامتنا كان العمال يعملون في الأكواخ، مما سبب إزعاجًا مستمرًا. كذلك يمكن سماع صوت السيفون والمياه بوضوح من الطابق السفلي، ولا توجد أي خصوصية، إذ لم أستطع حتى فتح الستائر بسبب قرب الأكواخ وانعدام الخصوصية. بشكل عام، كانت تجربة مخيبة للآمال، ولا أوصي بالإقامة هنا إطلاقًا

الكوخ قديم والنظافة دون المستوى، مع وجود عناكب في عدة أماكن. الكوخ رقم 3 يقع بعد دورين من السلالم. صحيح أن ذلك مذكور في الوصف، لكنني لم أتوقع أن يكون الصعود متعبًا إلى هذه الدرجة، خاصة مع حمل الحقائب، مما أثر على تجربة الاستجمام. مواقف السيارات ضيقة وغير مناسبة للسيارات العائلية الكبيرة. الوصول إلى الشاليه صعب بسبب عدم وجود مدخل أو لوحات إرشادية واضحة. تصريف مياه الاستحمام سيئ، مما أدى إلى تسرب المياه إلى أرضية الحمام. سخان المياه لا يكفي حتى لعائلة من أربعة أشخاص، وتنفد المياه الساخنة بسرعة. المكان لا يوفر أبسط المستلزمات؛ خلال إقامتنا لمدة 6 أيام انتهى ورق الحمام، وعندما طلبت المزيد تم رفض الطلب وطُلب مني شراؤه بنفسي. كما طُلب مني دفع 200 زلوتي للمساعدة في حمل الأمتعة بسبب كثرة السلالم، رغم أنني كنت مصابًا وأسافر مع عائلتي. ⸻ The chalet is old and not very clean, with spiders in several areas. Chalet No. 3 is located two flights of stairs above the parking area. Although this is mentioned in the property description, I did not expect the stairs to be so exhausting, especially when carrying luggage several times, which affected the relaxing chalet experience. The parking spaces are very narrow and not suitable for large family vehicles. The chalet is difficult to find because there is no clear entrance or directional signs. The shower drainage is poor, causing water to leak onto the bathroom floor. The hot water tank is too small even for a family of four, and the hot water runs out very quickly. The property does not provide basic supplies. During our 6-night stay, we ran out of toilet paper, and when I asked for more, my request was refused and I was told to buy it myself. I was also asked to pay PLN 200 for help carrying our luggage because of the many stairs, even though I have an injury and was traveling with my family.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the property did not meet the expected standard. There were large stains on the sofa, blinds, and very dirty walls. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with less than the minimum necessary items available, which made cooking meals quite difficult. The heating system was not controllable from within the house, which was inconvenient. Additionally, cleaning equipment such as brooms, mops, and a vacuum cleaner were left scattered around the house, making the space look untidy and unpresentable. Noise from nearby construction work woke us up early in the morning, affecting our rest. We arrived later than expected due to unforeseen travel delays, but it felt as though this was an inconvenience to the host, which was disappointing after a long journey from another country. Finally, access to the house was challenging with luggage, which added to the overall inconvenience.
