Would not recommend

Good location

The apartment was very hot, no ventilation and in the summer it is very hard to sleep. It was cooler outside. Because of the poor ventilation, nothing really dried and always smelled musty and there was mold in the downstairs bathroom. There was an automatic LED light in the bottom bedroom that would turn on in the middle of the night every night and not turn off. The people in that bedroom were not able to sleep well because of the heat and light. The kitchen didn’t have dishwashing detergent, we had to buy it. The bathrooms and kitchen soap dispensers had such watered down soap that it would spray across the sink and was not very good for hands or dishes. When one of our party arrived early we arranged for someone to meet her early for baggage drop off and they were an hour late. We had a security deposit fee that we were never told about and couldn’t receive check in instructions until it was paid. At first we thought it was a scam and are very disappointed this was never mentioned. We asked beforehand about air conditioning and fans. They said that the main rooms had air conditioning and that we could have fans for the bedrooms. Once we arrived we found out that it was just heating available and fans. But without being able to open windows the fans did very little to help cool off the musty apartment. We were very disappointed by our stay and are disappointed in the lack of communication once we arrived to help fix any of the problems. Would not recommend staying here during warm months.

Hot very hot

Nothing to like about it there was no AC some fans was broken asked for replacement.

Was not very responsive to requests.

I would not stay here next time

It was newly renovated with nice furniture and amenities.

There was a musty smell all over the cottage. It was so damp the towels didn’t dry. The air conditioning in the upper floor didn’t work. As for the location even though it is a nice neighbourhood, it is far away from points of interest.

Lovely!! Very clean and confortable!

Downstairs toilette was broken, we couldn’t use it.

6 / 10Average·Aug 2025

The location was great, and the apartment had room for 6 people.

The apartment was very hot. It had been extremely hot in Paris, and because there were only 2 windows that allowed fresh air to come into the apartment, there was no ventilation in the main living area and in the basement bedroom. The bed in the basement was very soft, and the spiral staircase going down to the basement was a hazard. Anyone taller than 5'2" would bang their head on the staircase when maneuvering around the kingsize bed.
